Ruth Anderson has been involved in music since learning to play the piano at age 5. Music has been a passion throughout the years although her profession is social work. She plays piano, keyboard, organ, and most recently is learning the violin. She has been involved in a variety of music groups and church bands and has played for countless weddings. This is her third year playing silent movies for the FoCoMx. This year she will play for the movie "Steamboat Bill Jr." starring Buster Keaton. She has been married nearly 40 years and has three adult children.
